	Customer-access directories are password protected. They are also FTP directories for those customers who need to submit information or references for a current project. Both methods of access require the same username and password that has been assigned to your site. Please note: To conserve bandwidth, Starlight Productions will deliver all reference video compressed with DivX (which will reduce download time and storage space by up to 30 times over Indeo 5.10, and yet maintain similar quality).
